SA PAGKAIN NG WASTO AT SAPAT, WASTONG NUTRISYON NI BABY ANG KATAPAT

What would a mother do when she founds out that she is pregnant? Well of course and for sure she will be happy for that. But what should a mother do to prepare her baby in life? To make her baby healthy.

First, a mother should limit visiting her OBgyne. And also to observe some precautions during her pregnancy. She should give what a baby need to be healthy when born. She should eat healthy foods for her baby also. Being a mother in pregnancy also have a big responsibility. She have to take care of herself for her baby. She should balance her food and have a good sleep.

From her womb to the birth of the baby. A mother is always there. Giving his love and care. Making her baby healthy. She gives proper breastfeeding to her child. And also giving her baby the vitamins a baby need for his growth.

A mother is always there for er baby. And don't ever forget that a baby will not be healthy without the love and care a mother can give to him.

LETTER TO THE PRESIDENT

Dear Mr. President:

Everyone is expecting a lot on you. Imagine, many people waited under the sun just to hear and watch your INAUGURATION which they came for.

We hope that through your leadership and together with your administration, we will have a more aggressive country.

I really hope that those things that you've said in the recent 'MEETING DE ADVANCE' should be done. Just like the all-inclusive peace agreement between cultures whose interest are greatly affected.You understands sincere compromise but acknowledges that the interest of the Filipino people should come first before anything else. Building integrity and solid work ethic by giving higher incentives to those who are competitive in their work, there by creating a healthy competition between agencies resulting in efficient working standards and others.

And most importantly, specially to us students, your agenda in education. Just like the increase of child's learning stage from 14 to 16 years. Where we are the only country in Asia that does not practice this system, that' why we are left behind.

I believed in you. I believed that you can effectively manage this government through good governance.

And this is now the end of my letter. Now the Filipino people had spoken, they choose you to make this country rise again. I just hope platforms did not just end through words but also in deeds.
